Very polite and professional pair. I was in my office working , I did not hear any noisy moving at all. They explained the issues so I can fully understand. The customer service staff is absolutely amazing at helping when answering questions. I have been unable to use my washer over 5 weeks , When calling customer service they always made me feel better just hang in there. Thank you all for excellent service. ,
