The service person called in advance of his appointment to let me know that he was going to be at my home in 20 minutes. He quickly identified the problem with the icemaker and inserted the new parts. He also gave instructions on the electronic panel on the door of the freezer, and he reset the panel to the factory settings. We were extremely pleased with the service rendered in our home.
