Kitchenaide New 4 door model with handles
This is the worse appliance I have ever purchased. It failed within a few weeks of delivery and has not worked satisfactorily for 8 weeks.
Thank god for Peyton Thompson of Goodman who worked with us to finally get to the cause of a water leak. Goodman parts support greatly surpasses that of Whirlpool parts support. It is finally working as advertised thanks to Peyton’s research and repair experience. Thank you Goodman and a special thank you to Peyton. You’ve become a good friend. Delay, delay, delay
The repair order was opened on 2/15 and the earliest date available was 2/21. Ok, I understand. On 2/20, it was delayed to 2/28. A little irked but what can I do. 0n 2/27, delayed again to 3/7. I’m pissed now since this machine has been down for 3 weeks. 3/7 comes, no call no update. The tech shows up at 2:00 for an 8:00 to 12:00 schedule. He was great, fixed the problem and provided good advice so it wasn’t a total bust. I just wish the dispatcher could have gotten him here sooner.

When I called for service for our ice maker, GHS quickly responded and gave me a service date and time within 48 hours. Joe, the service tech, arrived within the window and called 15 minutes before arriving. He determined that the ice maker needed to be replaced, had to leave but located a part, and came back that same day. He called at 5:30 to ensure it was okay for him to come that late. He asked if he could work on our quartz kitchen counter rather than just putting his tools on it. Very conscientious about his work and our property. He replaced the part and made sure it worked before he left. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism.

Persistent with good follow up
I had an issue with my Zline refrigerator crisper drawer. Will came out and diagnose the issue and a part was ordered. After several months of back and forth with the manufacturer and wrong parts delivered my refrigerator was repaired today! Thank you to my tech Will and Goodman home solutions scheduling team for you persistence in making sure the correct part was ordered and that the job was complete!.

Refrigerator Water Line Leak
The problem was the water line in the door was being pulled into the door from the just normal use. This would cause a leak onto the floor. Frigidaire Warranty initially sent a different company in. The tech spent about 10 minutes pulling the hose out of the door then departing without doing any additional work to ensure it would not occur again. The problem returned within a couple of weeks. This time, Frigidaire Warranty sent Goodman. Kevin took the time to determine the cause of the problem, ordered a part and returned a week later to made the repair. Problem solved. Very professional and knowledgable.

The last person who came to replace the icemaker just did exactly that. He just replaced it, jamming it in and not looking at anything else. The one who just came was courteous, careful and knowledgeable. He put towels on the floor, steamed the area to remove any ice, cleaned the calcium out of the water intake, which was causing the ice buildup and then cleaned up after he finished. He even leveled the refrigerator doors for me. Great job!
