Fixed our dryer door easily and kind of also showed how to prevent issue in future!!! Very friendly and knowledgable.

It took 3 trips to get to the root of the problem with our icemaker. This is not a negative reflection on our technician, Shane. Actually it was just the opposite. He walked through likely causes, ordered parts, and each week returned to install those. He always called in advance to make sure we were home, and he arrived when he said he would. He was professional and personable. We are very pleased with the service.

Brand new dryer was not drying clothes properly. Had no idea what could possibly be wrong. Found out my home has a very poor design for dryer venting. All the way up through the roof! I have always had my dryers vented outside! Never even knew this was a possibility! I was advised to call a vent cleaning company immediately and not to use dryer until it was done. Could cause a fire. Or worse, burn out a brand new $1500 dryer.

Repair man was awesome, new part going bad in two months not so much!! I just don’t know what is reliable anymore, not buying a Maytag again!! Thank God I bought the extended warranty, Goodman is very trustworthy.

Replaced both elements on whirlpool stove top, just out of warranty. Let’s how long they last.
