Service set between 8:00 to 12:00 called 7:45. Tec was very professional. Explained the problem and made repair. Highly recommend.

The technician, Antonio, explained the problem and what he would do to fix it. He was knowledgeable, organized and clean; he fixed the freezer problem perfectly, explaining what he was doing. He has a wonderful personality, sense of humor and smile. He is a gentleman and showed respect for my wife and I both on our mid-eighties.

Once Alex began work I knew he was a pro at his job. He worked diligently to repair the Whirlpool washing machine. He encountered quite a lot of difficulty removing the motor housing from the tub, After several tries and contact with the service department it was determined that the best solution was to order a complete tub assembly.

On his second visit he encountered yet another problem that required ordering a capacitor. Once that came in he installed that part. The machine still wasn’t switching into the agitate cycle thus he had to order yet a third part . Finally today he installed that part and SUCCESS!

The man had patience but I could tell he was frustrated with the machines failure to co operate! He deserves a medal!

Technician Janeel was absolutely amazing ! He was nice, great customer service. Found the problem with my washing machine, ordered the part and replaced it in a timely manner. Everything he promised he delivered ! I am so ever greatful for the service and would definitely recommend !

Ali is a true professional. We had an unexpected issue at the last minute with someone being at the home when he was going to come. He was very patient understanding as I was in a panic. Things did work out and we were just so pleased with his demeanor and handling the situation. The day of the repair my husband had the pleasure of being home that day, and he had nothing but good complementary things to say about Ali. He was friendly professional, and knew what he was doing. The only glitch in the whole process was getting the appointment. If we should Goodman‘s services again , I now understand that when you select your requested date, it’s not a guarantee that you have your appointment for that day, but with a call back and some patience, we were able to get the day after the original date as the appointment date I would highly recommend Goodman’s for any applying services
