My washing machine.

My washing machine was brand new. It was used only twice. The transmission started leaking oil all over my new floors. Whirlpool refused to replace it. They would only fix it. If customer had gone to an appliance store & purchased & brought appliance home they would have returned it to store. Just common sense. Whirlpool was not the least bit concerned or understanding. The tech from Goodman was very good & professional. He even recommended it be replaced. I was happy with Goodman but not Whirlpool. I would not recommend their products. Their customer service was not customer friendly.

I did not have a good experience in getting an appointment with Goodman, Appliance . The communication was very hard in getting an appointment., the wait on your phone lines( too long), the text an emails response time was not speedy in reply. The BEST part of this whole situation was the technician, Tracy. He was very knowledgeable about the Maytag washer. He explained what was causing the noise in the washer. He asked if I had questions? You have a 5 star technician! Treat him well .. he made a bad start with your company’s appointment staff a positive outcome. My rating is a2 on communication with setting up my appointment . A 5 on the technician.
