Repair technician
Technician was excellent, they take too long to get the necessary parts, never got a good answers when I made phone calls to inquire..
it took almost 3 weeks to get my machine repair
Zero Progress
The technician DID NOT CALL as promised
He didn’t hear the squeak, so he left with no work done.
NOw we have to start over
Very hard to communicate with your company, especially as they are in a different time zone.
Our technician was Vaughn, who was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient! He made up for the lack of communication with your company.

Customer Service is getting to be a rare thing these days. But today . . 2 Goodman techs were out on our project and gave superb service . It was much appreciated!

Scheduling was a mess. Service tech fine.
My overall interaction with this company felt disorganized. Twice I scheduled an appointment for a dryer issue, and twice I received a text message or email that did not match the appointment time I was given. The second time it happened I just waited through the first 4 hour window, and then continued to wait during the next 5 hour window when the repairman hadn’t come. The repairman himself was fine. The office/scheduler is a mess, and unapologetic. Who has time to wait on two separate days (one of them all day) for a repair tech?
