Tech arrived on time and had the parts he needed for repairs He also was friendly and showed us important maintenance issues to keep our equipment running efficiently.
Don’t bother with an appointment time
2 appointments scheduled for 8am to 12pm and received email confirmation the day before the appointment and both times they didn’t show up until well into the afternoon.
Great Technician - Horrible Phone Support
Technician was great. Phone support was behind horrible. 15 plus minute holds, wrong information, and drone like.
From bad to worse
Very poor customer service. Initial call was to replace upper ice maker. 1st tech came out and ordered parts before diagnosing the problem. Parts were on back order and I had to call for another appt when the parts arrived. Parts were replaced but did not fix the problem. 2nd tech diagnosed the issue, ordered parts, and scheduled the appt to return. He returned and fixed the ice maker, but did not plug the upper lights back or test the in-door ice/water. Currently, we have no upper lights and our in-door water does not stop running after filling a cup. When I call customer service “call center” to speak with a supervisor – there is none available and I am put on hold and another appt scheduled. I used to have the refrigerator serviced by Fields who were very professional. This Goodman Home Services has been disappointing.
Horrible Tech
This company does a great job at following up with their automated emails and phone calls about upcoming services. That’s where it ends. They sent out a tech to my house for an ongoing refrigerator issue. First of all, the guy barely knew how to speak. He sounded like a 5 year old. Secondly, he was in and out of my house within 5 minutes. His assessment was to do what the last tech did. Just a warning for anyone that buys a Whirlpool appliance and has an issue with it. They will send out techs over and over and over and over again for the same issue and it will not get resolved. They do this, simply to not say your appliance in unrepairable. They will do anything possible to NOT honor their warranty.. and these ridiculous techs seem to know that.

GHS and its Polk County Florida tech associate Martin surpassed our expectations.

Your Polk County Florida associate, Martin, was very proficient, polite, concerned, and fully committed to addressing our issues/problems with the dryer. Unlike other tech people sent to us by another warranty repair company in the past, Martin was the only one who painstakingly took the time to disassemble the whole unit and correctly assess the problems inside. He deserves your company’s accolades and respect for manifesting your GHS ethics and professionalism, a rare commodity these days. Giving you less than the stellar five stars would be a disservice, indeed.

I just wanted to let you all know that Ray was fantastic—both in attitude and expertise. He ordered the right parts, returned to fix the oven, and now it works like brand new!

Hector is always so nice and goes out of his way to get the repair taken care of as fast as he can! I would recommend the company to anyone!
