Thomas was excellent. He identified the problem and fixed it same day. He was kind and attentive.

He explained that the issue is a faulty sensor, which needs to be ordered, and that he will return to complete the repair once it arrives.

Technician was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. He knew what to do and efficiently repair our refrigerator. Highly recommended.

I have 6 commercial washers all of them had a bad circuit board. I thought I would be fighting to get them repaired. They were literally 3 days out of warranty. GHS scheduled my appointment and then moved it up a week sooner. Hamilton the technician who came out to repair the machines ordered new boards and had them in a week. He was totally professional and had them all replaced in the blink of an eye. What a relief. Total exceeded my expectations. Thank you again.
