The tec was very polite and did a great job. Company sent repair man he came out ordered parts came back 2 weeks later. He fixed it in a few minutes. The problem was they were supposed to come out earlier than when we called but he was sick , then finally came no calls as when they were coming or text only when they were on their way.

Younis and his help were proficient and very polite, I highly recommend! Thank you for doing a great job!!

There was a loud vibrating noise coming from the freezer and Rolando knew immediately what the problem was, ordered the part and came to fix it within a couple of days. He was very professional, courteous and certainly qualified to fix the problem.
