Missing parts for washer repair. Victor is an excellent technician. Came before time and was on time. Need repair washer.

Tech Rolando arrived on time and got to business right away. Got to the problem of dryer making excessive grinding noise and replace parts need it. My compliments in having a person courteous, knowledgeable and efficient as part of your team. I would definitely recommend tour company my friends for their repair needs.

Did have an issue with booking due to a maytag rep, but once they got out here, they had my washer and dryer working like new within an hour! The repairmen was very nice and knowledgeable and took care of the issue swiftly. Highly recommend

I was not happy with the office. They rescheduled my appointment twice. I waited a total of 3 weeks for service. I’d give the office 1 star and Shane 5 if I could.

Jose was very kind, professional and knowledgeable about my washer and dryer. He listened to me explain the issues with each and provided suggestions for how to maximize the use of the equipment. Parts had arrived prior to the scheduled appointment and Jose used what was necessary to fix the issues. Both pieces of equipment are working much better now!

Ali repaired our washer in a timely manner and was polite and respectful. It works like a charm now!
