Originally, the spinning tub made horrible screeching noises. Even though the washer operated perfectly during a test, your tec said he knew exactly what the problems was, the suspension struts. He ordered the parts, called after the parts were delivered and came 2 days later. He replaced the struts and was gone in only 1/2 hour. It was great to dela with such a knowledgeable, conscientious and friendly tech. Bravo Zulu.

Technician was polite, listened to our issue with the dryer and proceeded in his diagnostic..he explained the issue on way the dryer malfunctioned and immediately replaced the part..Great work…

It took a minute to get things right. But once the last tech identified the problem, the ball started rolling. The tech was awesome! I would suggest this company because they didn’t give up on us.

It took a while to get my washing machine repaired as it needed new parts and a repairman who knew how to do his job. He paid attention to every detail so far as I could tell. He quietly worked without talking and when he finished, he knocked on the washing machine door to tell me he was finished. I said thank you and he left.

Great service

I received a call from our tech telling me when he would be here in two stops. I thought “right”. well, there he was right when he said he would. He was very friendly and got right to work. They problem with the freezer was not what we thought. It was more our faut and not the seal. He could have lectured me, but didn’t. Instead, he gave me ways to avoid this problem. He cleaned up the mess the ice made and offered to mop the floor. When I need service again, I will definitely call Goodman.
