Technician was great and came back to fix a problem He is terrific

Alex was friendly and provided excellent customer service. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained to us the issues with the dryer.

Let me start out by saying that our technician, Justin, was great! He was friendly, accommodating, polite and professional. He worked fast, clean and quiet. Justin is the only reason you’re getting 4 stars.

The process is only 2 STARS. I called on Dec 11th to get my dryer repaired. It was scheduled to be repaired on the 17th. The rep on the phone orders parts from my description of the problem and mails the parts to you. They schedule by when the parts will arrive to your home. When the tech arrived to fix it, it was the wrong parts so the process starts over. He orders the correct parts. They finally text me on Dec 23rd that the next appt for repair will be Dec 26th. Unfortunately the tech had an emergency and it was rescheduled again for Dec 31st. I was unable to get home in time and didn’t want the tech to have to wait on me so it was rescheduled again for Jan 2nd.

So to be fair, it wasn’t the that delayed it after the 26th, however if the tech had had the correct parts to begin with it would have been fixed the first day. Having the person on the phone guess what parts you might need and mail them to you is crazy. This is the 2nd time that I’ve needed a repair that took forever because the parts mailed to me the first time were incorrect.

Thankfully my dryer was still functioning. It just sounded like a war was going on in there and it was about to explode everywhere.

So basically it comes down to… instead of the repair tech bring the parts with him it took over 3 weeks from the day I called to get my dryer fixed.

I can assure you and Home Depot that I wont ever buy anything again that has a warranty that works like this. Period.

We have been dealing with the actual LG company for a year until the warranty ran out. The extended warrannty company had your company come to service the washer/dryer machine. For the first time, I honestly felt that someone was listening to all of the issues that we were having with our machine, and was looking for a solution for us. Justin was very knowledgeable and honest! Customer service is a lost art, but Justin was amazing!

Brandon is very personable & works quick & efficiently. He also checks to make sure what he did fixed the issue.

We were scheduled to have our wash machine repaired mid December. Ron came out and determined it was a more extensive repair and we were rescheduled for January. He and another technician came out and installed several new parts. Expertly and timely. Very professional and pleasant to boot. A shame the parent company Whirlpool isn’t nearly as efficient.

I’m very pleased with the repair man who came out. He was prompt and even called before coming. He was very knowledgeable and took care of my issues and explained everything. Definitely pleased with Goodman solutions.

The Tech was very good. He went above and beyond what he needed to do.

The ice maker on our 1.5 year old Whirlpool Refrigerator/freezer started making a lot of loud noises when making ice, to the point that it would wake us up. Then we noticed water leaking out of bottom of refrigerator and contacted Lowe’s through our warranty. Goodman tech showed up and replaced input water valve and that solved the noise and water leak problem. I highly recommend using Goodman for your appliances repair.
