Technician Demetrius was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, plus went above and beyond while repairing my dryer and explained the process as he fixed it; additionally, he answered questions on how to operate the hi tech whirlpool washer and dryer.

Mr. Sheldon was very professional and knowledgeable! But more importantly, he was patient and answered all questions. If I could specifically request him everytime I had an issue with any of my appliances, I would!
