Our dryer started smelling like it was going to burn the house down. We were very concerned as we do keep up on cleaning the vent on the dryer and the hose connecting to the wall. Goodman sent a tech when we called on our warranty. I was nervous about the service window being four hours but I got a call 30 mins ahead of the techs arrival. And I soon learned I was in excellent hands. Scott (GHS tech) was great! He answered all our questions and completed the work quickly with a smile. He was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. He made sure the dryer function was back to normal and even cleaned out the inside of the dryer because there was lint build up. I am happy to give Scott 5 stars! Thank you so much!
