Joe-Your tech is a very kind person and so helpful to get this situation resolved in just one day.
I believe his last name is Cantu, though I could be wrong…….but his thoughtfulness to explain issues related to the board of the microwave and what was needed to fix that light, was so helpful. I really appreciate his work and his thoughtfulness and I hope you thank him for me (as well as being an outstanding employee for you).

Diagnosis and repair of Maytag washer
There had been some confusion about the scheduling of this appointment but James very calmly explained the situation and proceeded to investigate the problem and arrived at the solution. He promptly completed the repair. Based on another company’s assessment we were on the verge of scrapping this machine. Thank you James!

Outstanding Service
Easy to book appointment, they showed up on time fixed the problem with my refrigerator in minutes. Joe was terrific!!
However, I did get lucky. They happened to have the parts because someone else cancelled an appointment for which they brought the same parts I needed. Otherwise they come out, see what you need and then come back to install
