Easy to book appointment, they showed up on time fixed the problem with my refrigerator in minutes. Joe was terrific!!

However, I did get lucky. They happened to have the parts because someone else cancelled an appointment for which they brought the same parts I needed. Otherwise they come out, see what you need and then come back to install

This is the fourth time we complained about the same issue to Whirlpool and the First time this company, Goodman, came out to service our refrigerator that was under warranty.. The previous service company that Whirlpool sent could not correct the issue nor knew there was a technical service bulletin addressing our same problem we were having. Mr. Peyton from Goodman, Home Solutions diagnosed the problem immediately and had a solution to fix the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous.. we have never been so pleased with an appliance repair service company as we have today!

Service tech was quick and thorough and fixed the issue. Only complaint is receiving the text that he was on the way an hour and a half before he got there.
