Service tech was quick and thorough and fixed the issue. Only complaint is receiving the text that he was on the way an hour and a half before he got there.

The technician was obviously extremely knowledgeable, so he knew right away the likely issue. He explained it was likely the frost buildup in the back of the freezer was due to the door not being fully shut all the time, which let humidity in. He checked everything and explained to us a few things to watch and be more careful about how we load the freezer.
