I needed a door gasket replaced under warranty. A date was scheduled and the technician was in regular communication. He came prepared with the necessary parts and was quickly able to change out the gasket. He offered tips to help maintain the new gasket and shared a trick to help it to seat properly.

Dave checked it out and knew immediately that the washer was not leveled at installation and over time it became worst causing me to use 100 gallons per load since it could not sense the water was done.
