My Refrigerator’s temperature went sky high had no choice but to shut it down. So still under warranty. This guy Tech shows up and assessed what is wrong with my refrigerator. His knowledge is about refrigerator is impeccable. His attitude is calm and explains to you what is wrong with the ref and explained how the part will be replaced. Thank you.

Thad called ahead and told me what time to expect him the next day. He showed up on time the next morning. He assessed the repair. He did need additional parts, but was able to quickly source them and returned later that day to complete repair!

Tech who came was right on time, very polite, worked quickly and efficiently, and was out of my house by about 9:15 am. He called ahead to say he was coming, then I got a text from the company to say he was en route. It was a totally positive experience, and I aim elderly and disabled, so I felt very comfortable with this man. Thank you for excellent service!

The wheel on our refrigerator broke. The first person who came out from a different company said it couldn’t be fixed and said it was unreliable.. after telling Lowes that . We fought to have some other company come out.

We choose Goodman Home Solutions. They are honest and great company they sent Tony out. He was the best person we have ever had .
