The wheel on our refrigerator broke. The first person who came out from a different company said it couldn’t be fixed and said it was unreliable.. after telling Lowes that . We fought to have some other company come out.

The serviceman, from Goodman was on time, stayed as long as it took to solve the problem, which was a computer error and hard to diagnose. He involved the Whirlpool people in debugging the problem. He was cheerful and courteous the whole time though is was a stressful situation. I have nothing but good things to say about this service call.
