Great customer service
We had a great experience with Goodman Home Solutions. Our guy, let us know when he was coming, he gave us a follow up call, and was very knowledgeable about our washing machine. He solved the problem quickly. We really appreciated his experience and willingness to help.

Patrick the wonderful repair man
5 Stars. My brand new refrigerator was worked on by Patrick and he went up and beyond his duty. Unit had
cabinet damage. He called whirlpool while here to help me
speed up the process for replacement as dealer was not very helpful.

Technician fixed problem quickly but process took a month.
Encountered oven error code F1 E0 the first week of January and called warrantee service. Took 2 weeks to schedule service to Jan 19th. Tech arrived and quickly diagnosed a circuit board was bad but he needed to order one. Took until January 30th to reschedule repair. Tech was professional and installed the new board in 10 minutes at no cost to me. Good job. I just would like warrantee service to be quicker than a full month without my oven. By contrast, a paid repair of my LG washer Thursday PURS Inc Took only 48 hours from scheduling to job completion.
Whirlpool did honor their warrantee but apparently puts warrantee service at the end of the line scheduling-wise, a hardship to people going without a way to cook meals, or use alternate means such as turning a gas BBQ into an oven.

Goodman was very conscientious about keeping us in formed about any delays in parts and quickly scheduled our repair one day after the part was received. I would feel comfortable recommending this company.
