Goodman was very conscientious about keeping us in formed about any delays in parts and quickly scheduled our repair one day after the part was received. I would feel comfortable recommending this company.

I had Patrick come visit today and he was such a warm and friendly gentlemen. Such a sweetheart. Thank you for employing and keeping good people to work for you. Service was also quick and professional as a company. The last company whirlpool sent us took 4 weeks to come out and canceled the same day of service (tech called out sick) and made me reschedule another 4 weeks out and then wait indefinitely for a part and once i got it, had to wait another 4 weeks for a technician to come out. They also werent as thorough as patrick. Probably why my oven is having another problem within a year.

Technician Joe called well in advance to announce his arrival. Upon his arrival, and after explaining what had happened to my washing machine, Joe immediately went to work and within minutes had solved the problem, washing machine working like new! Repairman came out diagnosed the issue of my product ordered parts and came back out. He was very nice and was able to give me all details wrong with my product and tested before he left after the job was complete.
