I know that it is not your fault, but paying a trip charge when the technician did absolutely nothing to the machine is very disappointing. I will definitely be calling Whirlpool to discuss this charge.

Danial, the technician, came toward the end of then day to correct a problem that was left by the installer. He also explained how the whirlpool washer worked since there was no reliable manual given to me at the time of installation. I am very disappointed with the whirlpool washer but that requires a letter to the company . I am grateful for Danial’s help.
