We had an issue with white residue appearing in a wash. The serviceman was very pleasant and gave great explanations for how to avoid the problem as well as other great tips for using our dishwasher. We continue to be highly pleased with the dishwasher and the quality of service we’ve received.

Being without a microwave for weeks was no fun, but Patrick persisted and after having to replace circuit boards was able to get it back in working order today. He’s very personable and appreciated his time and skills.

Our technician was amazing. He was very thorough at explaining what the issue was. He made me feel very comfortable and treated me with respect, while being honest. I would definitely use this company again. It was easy to set up an appointment and I felt like everything was upfront. The fee was fair in comparison to the service provided. Hector was very good at communicating from letting me know his ETA to how my machine works. Definitely would call again.
