I had another company come 4 times and still did not repair the microwave on my oven microwave combo. This company was different from the start. Repairmen was on time and fixed the issue to my satisfaction. Thank you. I would highly recommend them.

My dryer stopped heating and Kelvin the Goodman Service Technician came to fix it. Kelvin was very polite, knowledgeable and informed me when he needed to go get parts and a time frame that he would return.

Our 3 year old Samsung refrigerator has been nothing but a problem for us. We had Goodman Service Rep “Harry” come in to repair and find solution for several issues. He was able to diagnose our problems week one and return with the needed products a week later and did a great job. Harry was informative, intelligent and a really good guy!

Customer service was excellent. One thing I’d suggest might improve is the appointment setting. We were notified via an email,(no phone contact) and weren’t aware we even had an appointment if not for stumbling upon their email. Same with the exact date for a follow up.

Sheldon came in and diagnosed the issues. He ordered the parts and they were delivered directly to my house about two weeks later. He returned promptly and removed the old parts then installed the new parts and cleaned up behind himself. He thoroughly tested the oven as well as the surface burners for proper operation. Everything checked out good. I truly appreciate his knowledge and professionalism in getting the job done correctly! Thanks again Sheldon…
