Sheldon came in and diagnosed the issues. He ordered the parts and they were delivered directly to my house about two weeks later. He returned promptly and removed the old parts then installed the new parts and cleaned up behind himself. He thoroughly tested the oven as well as the surface burners for proper operation. Can’t say much more than this Technician came to the house, had seen what was needed to resolve the issue and returned to do an excellent replacement of a Factory defective Cooktop.
