Thad was the consummate professional in repairing our refrigerator. The only issue with the extended warranty process was the length of time before someone was sent – almost two weeks. That’s a long time to go without a frig. We bought the cheapest one we could find and, now that the frig is repaired, we will sell it. Otherwise, the process went smoothly.

The service man was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had the repair completed in less than hr! Very communicative which was a huge plus in my opinion!

James arrived on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed the issue. He was able to locate the necessary part locally, picked it up, and came back to fix the washer. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
