James arrived on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed the issue. He was able to locate the necessary part locally, picked it up, and came back to fix the washer. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Patrick, worked quite efficiently to check out our Whirlpool fridge which was not functioning with proper water flow. He checked out the waterline, which was good so he suggested we get a new filter, & told us how to insert it, which we did. We put it in the next morning & the water flowed properly. We called him & told him the good news (otherwise he would have come back to check the valve) & he walked us through how to get the ice working as well. He said he enjoyed working with us & to call him anytime we needed him. Bravo to Patrick! You’re the MAN FOR THE JOB!

We had an issue with our Kitchenaid refrigerator and David was quick to order a part and help get it installed. I had some questions about two of our other Kitchenaid appliances and he was happy to help with the settings on those.
