My refrigerator has not been cooling properly and has been making a noise that sounds like an animal is inside of it. Technician Joe C. from Goodman Home Solutions identified the problem and went looking for the part. An hour or so later he said he found the part and would be coming back in an hour or so to fix my refrigerator. Joe was so awesome and went above and beyond to get this fixed. for me. he was very professional and exceeded my expectations. Awesome service. and shout out to Joe C. for an awesome job.

Tracy provided a wealth of information on the new technology in washing machines that requires us – the users- to change our decades old laundry habits & even the machine cleaning products we use – environmentally responsible choices aren’t always the best for eliminating the gunk build up in unseen areas of the machine – such as the outside of the drum. This leads to the sensors “misreading” the state of a load of wash resulting in rinse & spin cycles not working as expected.
