After difficult situation with the warranty claim Last Friday 22 of December the technician Jimmy fix the microwave. Jimmy has an excellent communication very high customer service. Jimmy is a great access for GHS. Jimmy thanks for a great service.
Whirlpool Refrigerator Ice Maker Replacement
Notified GHS that my ice maker was not working by email. Received a quick response and a technician was scheduled. The technician was on time and diagnosed the issue. He ordered parts. GHS notified me by email about the FedEx delivery. 3 days later I received an email from GHS that the parts where back ordered and they would notify me and scheduled a new date for replacement. 4 hours after this email FedEx made the delivery. This was Friday night so I waiting until noon on Monday expecting to be notified by GHS. I called GHS about the parts arriving and scheduling an appointment. I was surprised GHS did not track the shipment and I had to be proactive and notify GHS. Harry, the Home Appliance Technician was professional courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Harry quickly changed out the ice maker and got it working. As a plus for the help desk and GHS the emails and text were very helpful.

finally fixed my refrigerator
Had been having an issue with a brand new refrigerator. Two other companies came earlier in the year to diagnose and fix the problem. One of the companies said they put a whole new part in to fix it. When Goodman came out, the technician took his time listening to me and going through the refrigerator. Found out last company never fixed the part they said they did — I wasn’t here that day, my daughter was. Part has now been replaced and refrigerator now not making awful noise it was.
