I was having a problem with a new range heating properly. I called Whirlpool and they set up the appointment. Patrick arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional. He performed testing and came to the conclusion the problem was the mother board. He explained everything going on thoroughly. Unfortunately the part was out of stock and no time frame of when it would be in stock. I would have Patrick back anytime to work on any appliance. Thank you Goodman Home Solutions!

I can’t speak high enough about the Tech, Dalton. He checked out the appliance and explained why I was having the issues and corrected the settings. Dalton was so professional and thorough. He, in addition, was able to correct the leveling of my KitchenAid Fridge that wasn’t corrected by the guys that delivered it. This was suppose to be on the work order, but wasn’t. He still remedied the issues and I am a very happy customer due to Dalton. Thank you for prompt assistance and for the level of expertise your Tech provided!

Although there was no fix for one problem, the technician was able to tell me about a “work around”. He was able to fix the other issue. He was knowledgeable and personable. I would certainly recommend your company again based on my experience today.
