My “Oscar” was a great technician and customer service rep! He came in , assessed the issue with my over-frosting freezer and did not only fix but proceeded to train me. Yes he taught me and gave me a few reminders how to care for my fridge with all these digital buttons.

Your technician knew what the problem was. As GE had sent replacement parts before his arrival, Keon was able to correct the issue within minutes. He seemed to do a good job.

Your technician was originally scheduled to appear at my home on Wednesday. No one showed up that day nor did your office bother to call and tell me there was a problem. That is unprofessional and an insult to the customer.
