Your technician knew what the problem was. As GE had sent replacement parts before his arrival, Keon was able to correct the issue within minutes. He seemed to do a good job.

Your technician was originally scheduled to appear at my home on Wednesday. No one showed up that day nor did your office bother to call and tell me there was a problem. That is unprofessional and an insult to the customer.

Burt Bryant came to our house to look at our inoperable ice make. The unit was only a little over a year old. he went through the diagnostics and determined that ice maker was broken. Burt knew what he was doing and a new part was ordered and shipped to our address and he came back and installed the new one. No problems so far and told us to contact him if it does not by this coming Friday. Burt and Goodman Home Solutions are definitely 5 Star
