Brandon C came promptly for his inspection of the refrigerator, but could offer no solution for the reason the fridge quit working. He did a thorough search to find a solution. He was very courteous and politely listened to my complaints. I was pleased with Brandon’s efforts to find a solution even though he could not come up with the problem and what to do to fix it.

Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional. He immediately knew what was going on with our fridge, replaced the parts, explained the process and what went wrong. The best service we’ve ever had from a warranty issue. We will be return customers.

The touch display on our oven stopped working. Brandon came and saved the day! Not only was he knowledgeable and got us back to functioning, but he gave us preventive maintenance tips to get longer use from the replacement. Brandon is a superhero!
