Have you ever heard of an appliance repair company that ships the possible parts to your house before the appointment? I certainly hadn’t! I was shocked when a box arrived with the parts for my refrigerator—four days before my scheduled service.

Goodman Home Solutions has officially set the bar so high, I don’t think anyone else can come close.

My technician, Danny, arrived on time, brushed off his shoes, came in politely, and was truly customer-centric from start to finish. Within less than an hour, he diagnosed the issue, installed the needed part, and had everything working perfectly again.

Exceptional service, exceptional professionalism. Highly recommend!

From the initial contact with Goodman customer service, then their multiple reminders, through the actions of the appliance technician–communicating his status, appearing on time, being friendly, ordering the correct part and completing the washing machine repair successfully–everything was done in a first-class manner. Delay of service - Refrigerator dilemma

I was assigned to Goodman solutions by LG for repair of my refrigerator. I contacted them for an appointment. I told I was scheduled for 12/1, Then I was re-scheduled for 12/5 (service repairman had medical emergency). Bear in mind this problem was reported on 11/25. After the holidays and weekend I was finally able to talk them into getting me re-scheduled. Someone came on 12/1 to diagnose the problem and was in my home for 10 minutes. I needed a part. I guess that I should give them the benefit for the holiday but re-scheduling a week and the problem was 6 days old. I have a 5 year warranty which specifies a 48 hour response time. My refrigerator is still; ll not fixed awaiting a part.
