The tech Antonio came and confirmed our ice maker had been looked at and repaired twice. He was thorough and showed us where a interim fix was mad unsuccessfully. His recommendation was replacement of the maker, he called back and confirmed the entire unit would be replaced. Best service I have received from any tech visiting the house. Bravo to Antonio.

Tech showed up first day diagnosed what the issue was ordered the parts and came back did repairs and everything works. Excellent customer service, great communication kept me informed of status.
