Tech showed up first day diagnosed what the issue was ordered the parts and came back did repairs and everything works. Excellent customer service, great communication kept me informed of status.

We were having some difficulty with a refrigerator that was just over a year old that we purchased from Lowe’s. In the past three months, the freezer had defrosted on its own, and we believe that it had something to do with the freezer door not closing as firm as it should be, we had a protection plan with Lowes and they sent out a technician that was not from the local area. We explained everything to him and he did an inspection of the refrigerator and said that everything looked fine and the door was operating properly we disagreed with him and I asked him if he could do anything Underneath the refrigerator to adjust the supports so that the refrigerator might be tipped backwards slightly or at least see if it’s tipped at all. He indicated that the refrigerator couldn’t be adjusted that way and never looked under the refrigerator.

We were clearly not happy with his effort or his attitude, and we called Lowe’s, and requested a second opinion. Fortunately, for us, Goodman, home solutions sent out a technician who was much more capable and very understanding of our situation. After he did his initial inspection, I asked him the same question I had asked the prior technician which was possibly adjusting the supports for the refrigerator when he inspected underneath the refrigerator he indicated that the problem was one of the supports was missing replacement support was needed. He felt that this was the problem with the refrigerator door not closing properly. Thanks for sending out a qualified technician and I sincerely hope you will share my comments with him. Thank you.

The technician sent to my home to repair my dryer was absolutely awesome. He called to let us know he was on his way. He was extremely courteous and professional. He explained to us what the problem was and what he was repairing. He also gave us a few helpful maintenance tips regarding things we can do to prevent future mechanical problems so we get the best and most out of our appliance. I would use and recommend his services without a doubt.
