Sheldon was a very respectful, professional and knowledgeable young man. He taught me pointers about this machine that were not in the owner’s manual. I was very happy to know it didn’t need parts, because I’m in the middle of a move out of state. Thank you for employing him. He is a credit to his chosen profession.

Unfortunately a part was needed that he did not have, he reached out on the spot was able to locate the part and returned the next day. He was able to fix my washing machine within minutes. What an awesome repair via Cinch home warranty. Very professional and on point. Replaced our ice maker at a minimal cost compared to retail. Their tech was awesome and set deliverable expectations.
