Service man Jim is great. Repaired dishwasher and cleaned up after himself. He was very nice and put machine through a partial cycle. Made sure I was happy . Neighbors ask if all went well. Fantastic was my answer. Now they want service plan.

They called and asked if they could come earlier, which was great so they actually ended up being an hour early. Wow that’s unusual. The technician was efficient, friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the service call. They were great to deal with great communication.
