After scheduling our appointment, we received several communications via text and email confirming the date and time.
Peyton, our technician, called the morning on the day of our appointment to confirm our repair time and the problem with our refrigerator. He picked up the part he needed to replace, then called again when he was 30 minutes away from our home.

We are very pleased with the services Goodman’s technician Kian provided. He ordered the needed parts and came to install them. He was punctual in the appointment time, and sent me 30 min in advance notice that he was coming. Our washing machine was brand new, now with the new parts it works great!
