Repair man Peyton very knowledgeable and professional. Made recommendations.

The technician was told that we needed the removable ice bin repaired, but it needed to be replaced because it had a hole in it.. He was going to have one shipped to us, but he checked and found that one was available locally. He said he was scheduled to come back to our part of town this afternoon,, and that he would leave it on the porch if we weren’t home. He went above and beyond to fix our problem.

Original appointment was from 8- 12 then told 9:30. He texted me at 9:08 to confirm and showed up at 10:45. I understand the time won’t be perfect so no worries. He was very friendly and also wore the shoe booties before entering my home. Overall great experience. Will use you all in the future.

The repairman explained his reasons why the ice maker wasn’t working. After inspecting he stated that the ice maker should be working. Several ice cubes did fall while he was present.

They kept me posted all day on their arrival time, diagnosed and repaired the unit within an hour and followed up afterwards to see if the refrigerator was back online. Peyton did a great job. My only complaint is the excessive hold times when calling.
