Scheduling could have been mote accurate. Had some trouble there, but it eventually worked out. In my case 2 visits were necessary. 1 for diagnostic analysis and 1 to bring parts and repair. The service tech who came both times was great. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable . His name was Jimmy. Fixed it, waited to test the oven throughly before he left. It worked perfectly.
