Scheduling could have been mote accurate. Had some trouble there, but it eventually worked out. In my case 2 visits were necessary. 1 for diagnostic analysis and 1 to bring parts and repair. The service tech who came both times was great. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable . His name was Jimmy. Fixed it, waited to test the oven throughly before he left. It worked perfectly.

Antonio was our repairman. He was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Another company handled our claim before it was given to Goodman. Antonio said the only option that was left to try was to install a new control board. He ordered it and came back to install it. Although our stove was not fixed we feel confident that anything that could be done was done. Goodman people know what they are doing. If it can’t be fixed they will let you know. We are pleased with the company and our repairman.
