Bert was my technician. He explained everything in detail and was professional and courteous. He fixed my washer in no time.

One of the things we noticed was for-thought. Our technician had sense enough to review the work order, ask us questions, anticipate needing a part to install and ordered the part prior to a first visit, saving us and him valuable time!

The second was communication. Our technician called to verify the issue (ensuring that the scheduler’s notes were correct. The scheduler’s notes were not correct. He called to let us know that our part was on back order. He kept in touch the several weeks it took for the part to come in.

Upon service day, he advised of the window. When asked if he could give us a smaller window, say an hour, he was agreeable.

But my repairman was quick, efficient and got the problem with my washing machine door addressed within a reasonable amount of time, considering he had to order a new door and work with my hectic schedule. He also had a good attitude and was personable enough in the course of doing his job.
