My washer was out of commission for almost a month. I had called to have it repaired by one company and the guy came out and said that the part wouldn’t be in for a week. A week came and I called the company and had no response back from them. I called and set-up another appointment and had Tracy from Goodman Home Solutions come out on a Tuesday to look at my washer and he told that he could have the part come Friday. He called me Friday morning and was here to fix my washer. I would recommend Goodman Home Solutions to anyone. He was very nice and explained to me what had happened. Thank you Tracy.

Can’t say enough about how good Tracy was and is! He was very good about appointment and follow up. We had new oven door issue that was resolved, he also helped us with microwave, washer, dryer and dishwasher…nothing major but creating a comfort zone for my wife and I. We would give him 5 stars and he earned them. Very open and great people skills. He is a Good Man!! Thanks again, you should be proud!
