Can’t say enough about how good Tracy was and is! He was very good about appointment and follow up. We had new oven door issue that was resolved, he also helped us with microwave, washer, dryer and dishwasher…nothing major but creating a comfort zone for my wife and I. We would give him 5 stars and he earned them. Very open and great people skills. He is a Good Man!! Thanks again, you should be proud!

Thad was fantastic. He called to let me know that he was on his way to my home and was on time. He went out of his way to complete the repair and have my washer up and running as quickly as he could.

The service was done well by the technician but if I could rate the company then I would give 1 star reason is that I had a four day wait period before a technician could get here I’m sure whirlpool can do better than that.

The repairman, Ali, that was sent to repair our refrigerator was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious. He listened to my input and explained his process and repair. He clearly had a customer-first approach. It is probably the first time that I ever had a repairman call me back after completing the repair to be sure everything was still working properly.

Took a while to get the appointment, however a good result. Tech called to say he was on the way, also received a text and an email! He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the issue.

Technician Will was courteous and efficient. He completed the job within minutes, being pleasant the whole time.
