I had the pleasure of Keonu servicing our dishwasher, when I explained on the phone what was going on- he knew what the problem was. Told me he would order the parts and return. It did take a couple of weeks making me skeptical about our phone conversation, however he did call to make an appointment in 2 weeks. He came out at 5 pm, took him about an hour and the repair was good!
