I had the pleasure of Keonu servicing our dishwasher, when I explained on the phone what was going on- he knew what the problem was. Told me he would order the parts and return. It did take a couple of weeks making me skeptical about our phone conversation, however he did call to make an appointment in 2 weeks. He came out at 5 pm, took him about an hour and the repair was good!

Scheduled the repair of our washer on line. The original requested date was not available. A GHS rep reached out and we set an acceptable date and timeframe.

I cannot say enough about the tech. Jose was timely and efficient in troubleshooting the problem. Needed a new motor that had to be ordered. Scheduled the return visit. The motor became available early and unfortunately I was not available. The initiative to try to complete our service early was very greatly appreciated. Jose is there best.

Peyton the service man went above and beyond the service call and repair on my Whirlpool refrigerator. Even downloaded electronic manuals on my iPad. Gave me useful tips on how to clean out my whirlpool dishwasher. Amazing
