Peyton the service man went above and beyond the service call and repair on my Whirlpool refrigerator. Even downloaded electronic manuals on my iPad. Gave me useful tips on how to clean out my whirlpool dishwasher. Amazing

My microwave/oven combo appliance randomly went out. Joe came to my home, looked at the appliance and ordered some parts. He communicated with me via text and we were able to schedule another day for him to come back once the parts were in. Payton joined Joe for the second appointment. After throughly checking connections and appliance wiring, they found the problem and corrected it quickly. Both men were professional and knowledgeable. They respected my home and did a great job. Part of warranty work on compressor after just shy 3 years. Took LG two weeks to find somebody to do replacement and another 2 weeks to get pars to them. Tech (Steven) was great in communicating status and repair

Edgar the technician was great. He knew the issue with my refrigerator as soon as he heard the noise. He ordered the part and was back two days later to put it in. It was all covered under the manufacturer warranty so I didn’t have to pay anything.
